Deadheads and folks alike! Come one, come all to 3 Days Of Heads And Dead at Ellie Rays RV Resort in Branford, FL. After Dead and Co plays Tampa, FL on 10/7/2021 and have a place to stay and jam with your fellow Heads on your way up to 10/11/2021’s Charlotte, NC Show!

EVENT PRICING:

  • This is an all-ages event – Children under 12 are free with paid adult or guardian.
  • $99 PER PERSON INCLUDES WEEKEND CAMPING AND GENERAL ADMISSION
  • ADDITIONAL UPGRADED CAMPING WITH POWER, WATER WILL BE AVAILABLE (Sites are limited! Min of 2 per site max of 6)

 

Golf Cart Passes

Golf carts are welcome! Insurance must be held on the golf cart and passes to bring your golf cart it will be sold at the gate for an additional $80.

  • RESPECT PERSONAL SPACE – Please do not touch or hug other people. Most people attending want to be socially distanced.
  • PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK or BE VACCINATED!
  • BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR – We are under a microscope, so it is important to follow CDC Guidelines and take precautions. Remember that we are still in the midst of a pandemic so do your part to all stay safe so we can continue these events for all of us to enjoy.

Concert Rules for 3 Days of Heads and Dead

Event

Concert Rules:

  • CAMPGROUND SPEED LIMIT – 5 MPH. WATCH FOR CHILDREN
  • NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
  • NO FIREWORKS
  • NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
  • NO GLASS
  • NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTO OR VIDEO WITHOUT PERMISSION
  • NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDOR
  • NO KEGS
  • NO OFF-ROAD VEHICLES OR ATV (GOLF CARTS ARE WELCOME PASS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE), NO PETS, NO GROUND FIRES (RAISED FIRE PITS AND GRILLS ARE OK)
  • Beer and alcohol will be sold from the bar Friday and Sat. Package beer will be sold for Sunday.
  • Place garbage in dumpsters that are located by the exit. Household garbage only.
  • Rubber donuts are required on sewer connections by Florida law.
  • No site changes or moving picnic tables without approval from office. No blocking or parking on other sites.
  • No tents, screen rooms, or deck in RV area (unless attached to awning on slab).
  • No vehicle, boat or RV washing without approval from office.

  • Beers and beverages will be available in the vendor/music area.
  • Package Beers will be available throughout the weekend for Sunday
  • SUPPORT the venue so we can keep our music alive at Ellie Rays.
  • IF YOU HAVE A FEVER STAY HOME, YOU MAY BE A WOOK BUT IT MAY NOT BE THE WOOK FLU! – If you are sick you will not be able to attend! If you have ANY signs of sickness PLEASE STAY HOME!
  • These Covid-19 Rules are for the health and well-being off all attendees, staff and musicians.
